Five datasets · five endpoints

Every disclosure stream is its own API.

Call one stream or join them all on the same ticker and CIK spine. Every endpoint returns rows that carry their official source and, where it matters, both dates: when it happened and when it was disclosed.

Watch one filing survive the three gates

A scanned disclosure lands. Here is what happens before it becomes a row:

Gate 1 · The data

The company must exist

Disclosures arrive as messy scanned documents. The resolver can only choose among securities that exist, or decline. It cannot invent a symbol.

✓ asset description resolved to NVDA · against the real universe
a symbol-shaped string from a scanned form · structurally impossible; ambiguity resolves to “unresolved”, honestly
Gate 2 · The method

Two dates, both kept

The day the trade happened and the day it was disclosed are different facts. Both are preserved on every row, forever.

✓ traded_on 07-21 · filed_on 08-12 · the gap is the story
✗ collapsing filed into traded · the lookahead sin of cheap scrapers, made impossible
Gate 3 · The answer

Clusters are computed

Insider clusters, holding changes and committee-sector overlaps are arithmetic on verified rows, never narrative.

✓ QoQ holding change computed from consecutive 13F rows
“insiders are dumping” · an impression, never served

Only then does the disclosure ship: officially sourced, dual-dated, resolved or honestly unresolved. Two decades of it, on one identifier spine. See the full Verification Layer →

Why it compounds: dual-dated history is only clean if the discipline existed at capture time. Twenty years of filings with zero invalid identifiers and both clocks preserved is not something a scraper stands up in a quarter.
